Training Videos

In this section you will find the different videos I worked on to show you how to teach any new behaviors. Again, please keep in mind that (I will always remind you this through the videos though) it takes times and practice. Please be patient and remember consistency is far more efficient that intensity. Two or three sessions of 5 minutes a day will bring more results that one hour session on Sunday.

I always use brushing your teeth as an analogy to illustrate the consistency VS intensity philosophy.

If you don’t brush your teeth but go to the dentist once a year your teeth will rot and fall out. But if you brush your teeth two minutes twice daily you should be fine. What do these 2 minutes on their own do to your teeth? You look at your teeth before brushing them and after and you see nothing, no difference at all. But that is the consistency of doing it daily, twice a day that will bring that great outcome, which is, not becoming toothless. It is like love and trust. You are building a relationship through little things but consistently.
