Capturing Calmness

Teaching your dog to be calm can be challenging because there is no real exercise, not like fetching, or sitting…
The idea here is capturing it. Observe your dog around the house or when you are in any environment and when yoiu spot your dog being calm and relaxed just reward.

For this type of training since, again, you are capturing a moment you have to do it throughout the days and situations. It’s a slow process because you have to catch these specific moments but it will help your dog a lot of you make him understand that being relax is great. Here are some ways I’m doing it around the house.
