We also noticed that associated with brewer yeast it acts like a natural flea repellent. The only bad thing about this one is this is messy.
The Chewy option is way better because less messy.

Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade

Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is a great product because it is very versatile. You can sprinkle some on your dog or cat coat and that will help to protect them from fleas, worms, lice, ticks, and other internal and external parasites. The sharp edges of the powder dehydrate and kill parasites by contact.
Make sure you treat them for at least 30 days. You can also add some to their food, be careful it MUST be food grade, but DE is rich in essential minerals like magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, and selenium.
It can also serve as a natural deodorizer for dogs that tend to develop odors.

Brewer's Yeast

As we cook for our dogs we use that supplement. Brewer's yeast can help improve your dog's skin and coat condition. It's particularly good for dry, itchy skin. It may also help any dog which suffers from anxiety problems because of its richness in B-complex vitamins.

We use it with all 3 dogs and for Chester it really helps for his itchiness due to environmental allergies.

Ground Ginger

Ginger has a lot of benefits for dogs. We, once a month for a full week, add powdered ginger to their meal. For ours we give ½ TSP for the day mixed into their wet food.

Be careful as ginger can be toxic if you give too much. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. We use it because it has anti-inflammatory properties and it is rich in anti-oxidants.

Turmeric Powder

Turmeric like for human is another amazing spice to give to your four-legged friend. Turmeric contains curcumin, which has anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and antioxidant properties that can help boost your dog's immune system.

Turmeric's antioxidants may help inhibit the growth of cancer cells and tumors so it is a great cancer prevention spice. Last but not least turmeric may also help with cognitive function, skin and coat health, and allergies.

Bone Meal Powder

Bone meal has important benefits for dogs, such as strengthening their teeth and bones. Recommended for some of the home made recipe

Cumin Powder

Because cumin has anti-inflammatory properties, Cumin may help with joint pain and arthritis in dogs. Use moderately about 1/4 tsp for small dogs, about 1/2 tsp for big dogs (never more than 1 tsp a day) and avoid with senior dogs or dogs with sensitive stomachs as it can irritate their digestive system.

Microfiber Towel

We use to use regular towels for the dogs after a bath or after swimming but they get really heavy and don’t dry as good as these microfibers will do.

They absorb like crazy and you can wring them out very easily and dry more than one dog.

Harness

We always go with that brand because they are made out of recycled plastics waste and the scent is quite strong. That way carrying the bag with poop to the next trash is less unpleasant. We have rolls in each car, funny bags or back packs.

If you decide to cook for your dog and want to blend chicken with the bones that Vitamix Blender will do a perfcet job. We used ours for more than 2 years and that thing use to blend an average of 30 lbs of leg quarters every single week!

We stopped using it because we uopgraded to the big brother as a fourth dog will join the family soon!

Definitely the best bang for the bucks. I love how they built the weave poles. It is easy to carry if you want to take it with you.

Dremel Pen

Clipping nails was a little too intimidating for me and I knew people who trimmed their dog too short and now their dog is scared of having their nails trimmed.
Because filling is more progressive and gentler I use that Dremel pen.

And if you’re happen to be a little bit into craft it’s nice to have something like this at home.

Natural Tick and Flea Treatment

We use to use topical treatment but we doscivered that one and we loved it. Dogs smell really good and no side effects. The only drawback is, it requires 4 or 5 applications but it's cheaper and safer for the dogs.

These treats are quite easy to work with, because they are dry it's not making a mess. Dogs love them and they are supper healthy and packed with proteins.

Wondercide Itch And Allergy

We use this product mostly with Chester, Golden owners will know how sensitive their skin can be. It works great on hot spots and to treat flea bites. We always have a bottle at home.

Again because of Chester sensitive skin we use this shampoo time to time. It smells pretty good and it helps with itchiness.
